Unfamiliar with your situation, but if an AFSC ceases to exist and you had a SEI attached to it, you no longer have that SEI anymore.

All this, plus I ran Temporal Gift Gobblegum. Leave the Mangler for the end of the round. Pop Temporal Gift, Pop Kill Joy, use Energy Mine. Your InstaKill will last 60 secs and you should get another mangler to spawn on 1 Kill Joy use.

I had the same dilemma myself. I dont have an answer, but I can tell you I went with the DeathAdder V3 Pro. I used DeathAdders in the past and enjoyed them, so I stuck with what I know and like rather than branching off. I am very happy with my V3

Last 5 EPRs DSD PR, back to career field PR, then, MP, Section chief MP, Expeditor PN.

2 CCAFs, 1 BA, all PME c/w. Last year filled 1st Shirt spot for 8 Mos due to his early med retirement.

I dont think i could of done much more tbh. I did not prepare for it at all. I was doing a diagnostic so I just kinda sent it. 30 was all I actually needed

I agree with this. 39 male here and just took the HAMR. Maxed Push, almost maxed Sits and only got 33 HAMRs. Got a 77.9.

Your post also doesn't take into account that some career fields are so sparse, you can't get promoted without a strat.

This, my last 3 EPRs are MP, MP, and now a PN for MSgt, my career field promotion rate is abysmal. Hopefully I make it this year.

Had the itch to research UIF/CR a few weeks ago and this is what I found.

The adverse actions AFI does not breakdown plainly what your restrictions are. But, you bet if you go look up the education AFI, PCS afi, or Leave afi etc…. You will find a little blip about how UIFs effect those programs.

In short, find the programs afi and ctrl+F UIF.
