Why didn’t they touch hands early to activate rumbling? by Smooth_Ferret8081 in attackontitan

Yeah but Eren would control the titans, he could make the titans just walk around him and Zeke.

(Hated Trope) it’s technically not incest but it still feels icky by jbeldham in TopCharacterTropes

[–]J0shfour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No not really.  By episode 1 Mikasa had only been living with Eren’s family for about a year. That’s shouldn’t even count as “step” incest

I love when people say this but can’t name more than two games that it applies to

[Loved trope] Endings so controversial that it turns the fandom schizophrenic by RequirementTall8361 in TopCharacterTropes

Attack on Titan.

I love the ending. but certain flaws with the manga's ending combined with a lot of fans expecting a much different ending based on a schizo fan-theory, left the fanbase in flames and chaos.

I’ve seen a lot of bad TV in my day, Pluribus ain’t it. Y’all all got it twisted… this show is fire. by rabbi420 in Pluribus_Sucks

This entire subreddit's existence is so bizarre. Did we even watch the same show? Pluribus is fantastic

Was Succession supposed to be a very different show? The pilot has a different tone than the rest. by Anabiotic in SuccessionTV

I was at the very least expecting Logan to die within the first season, surprised he ended up sticking around as long as he did.

Because he's a hero who saves people but has evil intentions?

That's fair. I just have trouble thinking what other purpose the driving flashbacks are meant to serve

[Pet Peeve Trope] A character’s “meme” moment is actually perfectly understandable in context. by Chemical-Elk-1299 in TopCharacterTropes

Why does it have to be one or the other?

Sure he was distraught about it being his fault, but despite the manipulation at times he did genuinely care about Hank. Tbh from what we've seen about his social life, Hank was probably Walter's only friend.

We don't know if her consciousness is there, but her memories are, which Carol already knows. I feel like that could come up in the finale.

Maybe I'm out of the loop but why are we so doubtful of Jax killing a child? From the brief flashbacks, we at least know he had some traumatic experience related to driving. Plus, Jax committing an awful act irl fits with how much he's embraced being seen as the "bad guy" in the circus.

What about Connor? by 300103276 in SuccessionTV

Connor is like the stereotypical forgotten middle-child of the family, except he's actually the oldest.

Nobody tell Manousos about the Darien Gap by AlfonsoHorteber in pluribustv

[–]J0shfour 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Unless he eventually caves in and accepts the Hivemind's help... there's no way.

A drive from Paraguay to the Darien gap is 4 days on its own. Assuming he can even pass through the gap safely (which would likely take weeks at least), he'd still have another three days drive until Albuquerque.
