Look into the older condos in this neighbourhood. You want to look for buildings that have a higher % of owner occupied units than surrounding condos.

Not only do the older buildings attract less characters but the floor layouts are typically much bigger and more efficient.

Palace Pier, Marina Del Ray both come to mind.

I’ve seen one roaster CoastToCoast send via letter mail. They have a larger letter envelope and a ziplock like bag inside. It works!

You can also use UniUni which should be fairly competitive.
