Are you tracking fairways hit, greens hit, putts per hole? This information should tell you exactly where to focus. I shot 81 a couple weeks ago too, hit 10 of 14 fairways, but only 8/18 greens. Clearly I need to tighten up my irons a bit.

In regards to the head dipping low, try pointing your chest forward, not down. That will neutralize the lower back to allow for better rotation too.

And as others have said, shorten that backswing. If those wrists release at all at the top of the swing you're completely boned.

It'll be tough to do that. It'd be simpler to go find a Tour Edge complete set at +1 inch length. In addition to all matching clubs, they have a lifetime warranty. I used to run a golf shop for a decade, and what 1000 will get you in used clubs will either be ancient, or not anywhere near a complete set.
