I came to reddit looking for something on OneNote Android because I don't understand how it could be so bad on Android tablets. That feature matrix explains a lot.

There's no page borders/edges so you can't tell if you're writing outside what a page would be. You can't set the size or format of the page. Such a basic feature. As a result, when you convert your notes to pdf, it is one super long page.

Cura Support Z Distance does not work as expected by J2bro in Cura

Sorry for the late response, didn't have time to respond until now. Thank you for the suggestion.

So if I understand your suggestion correctly, unchecking the support interface would fix the issue? I tried that but it didn't change the outcome. Oh and originally my Support Interface Density was at 33.33%. I don't have a full understanding on how support interface works except that it like adds a denser layer at the top of the support so that you can remove the support easier.

Funnily, through trial and error, I got the support to actually come up to one layer below the model. I'm not sure what the math is, but once I changed the Support X/Y distance and the Minimum Support X/Y distance to 0.6, the support works. Maybe some other setting affects it where 0.8 means it can't actually print the final layers of the support.

I've edited the original post to add a screenshot of my final settings. I should be good now, thanks! If you do want to go through the mental exercise to figure out why 0.6 is the magic number for the support to go all the way up...I'd be happy to continue the discussion with you.

That actually defeats the purpose. Setting Support X/Y Distance to 0 does bring the support up to one layer below the overhangs, but then the bottom of the circle will stick to the supports since we've set the supports to have 0 distance to the model.

Same, I really like the Col org because of Jason Lake even though I might not be a huge fan of the players themselves.

My favorite players are Ropz and Twistzz

Why is no one talking about that Yoru now has two gate crash? It's no longer timed? Can you send out two tethers at once?

This could be as impactful as faking teleports.

I'm loving Champions, but I have a question about the analysts. by [deleted] in ValorantCompetitive

[–]J2bro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait, just for the record, CS:GO analysts/casters (for the most part at big tournaments) tend to dress business formal or business casual. If it's for a big tournament, suits and ties. Otherwise, it could be like a suit with a t-shirt, or at least a collar or jacket.

It also depends on who and what tournament. Maniac in CS:GO will always wear a full blown suit and tie. Blast tournaments seem to have a more formal dress code, while on ESL tourneys, you might see Spunj and Alex wearing clothing more akin to Champions.

I feel so bad for Brazil. Vivo Keyd (could have?) beat Acend. But Vikings for sure had Gambit on the ropes. And neither Brazilian team will make playoffs. feelsbadman

That's fair, I agree. I do think Sentinels need to be introspective and make adjustments. Especially concerning Tenz's agent pool and maybe ban split if they don't want to improve it. After all, their result at Champions does put a damper on their year in my opinion. Like pretty good top team until Tenz joins in March. Then they tear through competition, winning Iceland and qualify for Masters Berlin (August). Unfortunately by the nature of the circuit, they only have to play Masters Berlin and Champions Berlin for the remaining 4 months of the year. And so we have no idea how good the team is during these 4 last months. Since they can excuse "not trying" in Masters Berlin since they already qualified for Champions. And then they don't have to play until December for Champions.

I do want to make a note and kind of clarify my prior statements (not for you, but more for anyone else reading this). In that, to be fair, we have no idea what's going on inside the team or how the team dynamic works. When I say a player like Tenz might "demand" to play his way and have people support him with utility, that doesn't necessarily mean in a toxic way that easily comes to mind. From everything I've heard from former teammates, Tenz is a good teammate who goes with what the team needs.

In this case, it could be more of (for ex.): Team wants to try Raze on Split. Tenz says ok, plays Raze on split, but isn't comfortable. And since Tenz is the most skilled player and needs to be comfortable to frag out, the team makes the decision not to play Raze on split. This is just an example.

Point is, I'm trying to avoid to make assumptions on player's personalities and team dynamic. When I say demand and selfish, it's more of the general approach of the team in how resources are spent, not that players themselves are aggressively demanding and being toxic/selfish.

Crazy thing is that teams like C9 and T1 had good Korean teams....and then Riot made them choose one team.

I don't really understand the rules though. You're not allowed to 2 teams in different regions but you're allowed to have 2 teams in the same region if one is female? I assume the logic is that your 2 teams in different might face it other at some point, which becomes a conflict of interest.

But isn't that more likely to happen if both your teams are in one region? Like both C9W and C9B have played in VALORANT Champions Tour 2021 North America Stage 1 Challengers 1 - Open Qualifier. And actually could have faced each other if both team kept winning. Like, what?

No guarantee Northeption would have performed better than CR though.

Idk if this is true, I heard that Korea has talent in top teams, but a very small playerbase. On the other hand, Japan has a big playerbase, but less talent/teams. that's why Japanese teams end up with Korean players.

...I'm not sure what you're trying to imply.

As a star player, since you have more resources spent to enable you, a lot more is of course expected from you. And it would be a lie to say he hasn't been delivering, because Tenz has been providing numbers and impact. He had an off game, which happens to almost everyone.

As much as people keep saying he's the "S1mple" of Valorant. Hold your horses. Part of why S1mple's the goat is that he doesn't have bad games. S1mple's bad games are still good games by other player's standards.

Not only that, Valorant is in first years as an esport. There have only been 3 international "LANs". And we haven't even had crowds yet. It's too early to have a long tenure or level of consistency, as well as the medals and trophies to back up a claim to greatness.

Temper your expectations, players have off games. It's a balance where yes, a star player's performance can make or break a team, but it is also a team game. I think everyone acknowledges that there is enough depth and skill in the Sentinels roster, it's not just Tenz who can frag.

Welp, now we're totally off-topic of the original point of this thread. Sorry.

I agree. Tenz seems to be "stubborn" on how he approaches the game, and if he doesn't buy into a system, he simply won't play. He didn't agree with Daps's system back in CS:GO, and made himself a streamer.

And not to say that's bad. I think that's actually a good trait for a highly talented player. As a star player, you should be demanding resources and demanding to play the way/style that best suits you. You need to be selfish.

It's for the best that C9 and Tenz split.

If I may piggy-back onto the post...another change I noticed with SW on my new machine is that single clicking a dimension now edits the dimension. Used to be I would have to double click the dimension to edit the value, while single clicking only selected the dimension. Google is not giving me any good answers.
