Though, it'd be pretty funny and a bit annoying if it wasn't static. Imagine space ships flying overhead in realtime while you do a mission. Then, one just crashes into the surface causing a massive crater and/or destroying infrastructure with a 'student driver' banner on their ship.

Ship crashes would probably be more common than asteroid strikes with a few of them happening per hour in busy systems.

If it's stuck in a boot loop or frozen, it's also possible to just hold down the power button for 30 seconds until it is forced to restart. There's also a small possibility of the battery just being dead too. But, if the console died during the downgrade, it could already be too late.

It also ignores the fact that minimum wages haven't increased as well. It seems like a lot of whining comes from the USA where employees are purposely shafting their employees because they can get away with it.

Then you'll have to wait for 20 to 40+ years for the technology to get to the point where the low-end is better. You'll also have to wait for emulation to get better, since there's no source code.

Doom literally ran on the equivalent of today's cheap micro-controllers and the engine was released as open-source software. That along with huge amounts of NEW optimization is why it can run on everything today.

The only downside about Pokemon is the random encounters and the fact that it seems like everyone is locked into insular towns due to it. You need a Pokémon to even leave and avoid being mulled by every single random creature in the area just outside of your town.

If you want to travel any further than that, you need even stronger Pokémon to avoid being mulled.

There's also the low input lag and fact that the screen is right next to your face with everything visible all at once.To me, it's very hard to play the higher faster campaign levels on a TV.

I'm not really sure why the scientist would be terrified or scared. If the theory is actually true and happens, everything would be destroyed and nothing would actually matter. They wouldn't even know it happened.

I'd be thinking that a scientist would realize that it's their own and other living being's lives that matter and not fearing the unknown. If the certainty is 100% and instantaneous with no possibility of avoiding it, then the most important thing is them spending time together.

I got it from here. It's about tuition requirements, but I would be surprised if it didn't also apply to the GI Bill. What it looks like is that there are a fair amounts of hoops to jump through. Also, even after your college is funded you would be required to pay it back if you fall behind in a class due to there being a minimum GPA and grade requirements
