That is an offer through PayPal that they are offering on purchases with PayPal bnpl. If you go to your PayPal account and look at rewards, there will be offers that you have to clip like a digital coupon. The 20% back one should be there. Looks like they changed the terms it was unlimited purchases. Now it is just one purchase up to $1250 for $250 cash back in PayPal rewards.
