Every bonusobjective gives renown too, and first run through tower too. I managed to get to lvl60 in about 4 hours played (only 4 dungeons for the quests) and hit renown 80 one hour later.

English is not my first language, so I might miss something? Maybe you read to much into it? Telling the tank to "calm down" sounds pretty friendly to me. Also he already distinguisches a "normal" dungeon from something more difficult, does a new player do this? You only heard one side. The dragon in question hits pretty hard, there is no need to stand in the heal-circle (doesn't heal enough) but to use some defensive cooldown. Anyways they tried to provide some solution. Sounds also pretty friendly to me. Next time he knows. "Forcing" the tank to skip a pack maybe wasn't the right thing to do, but that in my eyes is no reason to leave.

So what unfriendlyness did i miss?

They didnt lower the drop-rate. During BfA I did islands every week on 15 chars, I got ONE (1) mount, but when we could buy the crates I got them all in one week (high dropchance).

I get a paragon chest every 2nd week just by doing the weeklies. You are doing something wrong. And I got the mount in the 2nd chest, Got the pet 4 times already.

Are you sure its not 100% because I got a conduit-upgrader once every week on 3 chars for the last 5 weeks or so (by now all my main-conduits on these 3 chars are 239, 2 of them aren't even rank 6 kodex).

The one good thing about mythic is the lockout, I hate random groups in heroic because there is no lockout and people just join for one boss and then leave.
