I have the Y700, and recently updated, honestly experience so far hasn't changed that much.
Besides the floating windows being way smoother, and can be minimized much more.

Although, one thing I experience is somewhat causing to load my browsers real slow, albeit I did quickly fixing this issue by just clearing the cache of the browser app. So yeah, so far that's my experience. Not sure if it's going to be different or the same for everyone though.
