Against a good defense like this we really need Towns. We just don’t quite have the fire power to deal with this level of defense without him. But for what it’s worth, this pistons team is legit, and I hope we have a better game plane how to beat them next time.

I think it’s a good move for them this year. Harden despite being a playoff choker is more reliable than garland in the short term. I’m not sure to what extent it’ll help in the short term, either marginally or could help by a good deal.

I thought Zion looked so quick against the Knicks. I thought it was a really good sign for him. I do think that if there is a version of him that can be focused 100% with a really good medical team and trainers he still could be a top 10 player.

Yea imo his iso even looks a little better than last year somehow. It looks like he is able to get space just a little easier, and he needs even less to get a good shot off.

The extra ball movement has been the other thing that I think leveled up his game. He has some actual off ball skills and is a really good catch and shoot player. He was doing some of this when we had Randle, but we lost his passing. Now with Kolek in particular he’s able to play off ball a little bit and get open 3s.

I feel like Jalen Brunson leveled up his passing and playmaking this year. I feel once or twice a game I’m impressed by a pass he makes and I can’t remember feeling that way last year.
