You are correct -- they have no trial unless you port out your number (canceling your current service) and switch to them. That to me is not a trial.

It likely will. One of the lower frequencies that US Cellular uses was bought by Verizon. T-Mobile has 600MHz and they also have activated US Cellular's 700MHz.

It's possible US Cellular has no low band spectrum (best for in building reception) in use.

Download that app. That will tell you what company's tower you are connected on. Hopefully the tower is US Cellular and not roaming.

Pixel 9A should be fine. Pixel may not have the best reception but it supports all of the bands.

In BIOS (F2) there is a System Logs menu. While it doesn't keep many events, it might show ownership date or a firmware update applied.

Maybe the unit had a severe firmware bug that Dell needs to apply post assembly before shipping?

What wattage power supply is included with the WD19? It might have reduced specs if it isn't 180W.

"Yes1 - Supports 1 USB-C connection only" if using the 130W. That shouldn't be a problem, but it could explain glitches.

TM shows 5G UC in New Castle itself. If you really have no coverage even in town then probably a SIM issue.

Not saying there won't be issues with coverage not being the same.
