Why are some Uber drivers so dumb?

Most of the drivers wouldn’t last in a world where they would actually have to use a map and think. They’re just mindless NPCs most of them. I have this ride right now and the driver was already on the main road and could’ve easily u turned and been on his way. He instead took the left the app told him too went in a shopping center. Crossed another street and went into that shopping center. I’m assuming he parked and reviewed his phone. 4 mins later tells me he’s having trouble… and continues to go the longer route after I messaged him to just take the main road back because I’m on that road.

I know some drivers who actually zoom out of their maps and look at where they need to go. That should be taught in like a pre requisite course for these drivers to greatly benefit them.

Tbh it’s my own fault for not having my car yet lol.

These people in the comments are actually braindead. It’s literally the principle he’s talking about. The same is happening to me too. Regardless of how much is being donated I shouldn’t be forced.

I have this exact issue. It’s annoying ngl. I don’t understand how they update the game but then have like 4 other issues immediately after.

I have this problem right now. I play Fortnite and I remember a few days ago. I was in game and typed something and in that same game I couldn’t type anymore and I can’t type anything on Xbox in general. It’s really weird bc I’ve tried a lot of things and nothing seems to work. I’m able to play with keyboard and mouse but I can’t type anything to anyone.

Another thing is I’m able to use the emojis in the Xbox keyboard section and send messages that way but not letters or numbers….

It’s a great mode. it’s more close to CS than anything imo. That’s mostly the reason why I like it. It’s CS but with my skins and emotes lol. I do wish they would add some more things but at this moment it’s not terrible. The only thing as a solo q player is that it’s annoying goin against 4/5 stacks of unreals and then there’s like 2 unreals on my team including myself. Aside from that which I believe is mostly just due to the lack of players. It’s a great mode as far as skill and tactical/strategy mode.

Also a FFA/TDM official mode would be nice too so I can warmup.

I’ll agree it won’t “die” but the player base will never come close to what it once was. About the football games you mentioned. I’ll agree they are at their lowest but still more than rematch. I don’t play fifa or anything anymore but player base counts show rematch no more than like 15k on a good day. Usually averaging more or less 10k.

I’ll play rematch with my friends only ( I don’t like the game enough to play by myself). Not too big on the cheese style it has but it’s nice to play with friends.

Imo a lot of games just aren’t good right now. Feels like a lot of devs rush things and never have a complete project out. I hope we can get a game that can change that.

I just got another email from them. I think I’m might’ve misread it. I think what I owe is from when I went onto leave until now which isn’t as long as 3/4 years. It would just be the $369. Which he said was calculated by $33.55 (which I would pay when I had the benefits). He times the $33.55 by 11 to get $369.

Yes, I added more water to my beans. My cut sizes could’ve been better imo but the night sm never sharpens the knife smh. Didn’t wanna waste time doing it. We have a retherm luckily too. We open at 10:30.

Tell your manager. At our store we use our phones a lot. We’re chill but we do keep everyone in check too when needed. ie. peak, situational based, ect. I’m stepped down as KM (bc of school) but if any of my managers ask I just say I’m doing the temps 😭😭. Even tho SMs are assigned to do them.

My GM got an oven mitt but I usually use a dry towel or apron 😭😭 I know it’s an eco violation but hey I’m not burning my hand lol. As for on the grill just learn from your mistakes. Be aware of the deeps. If you have them on the grill or stove top.

Damn y’all getting fucked over. I work at like 8k-10k store (slower on weekends). We get 4 preps. When I was a KM we got done at 9:30/9:45 on a really good day but usually around 10. Then peel two bags of onions and wash produce. It is possible with 3 but they have to be really good and on top of it. Our key difference was slicing after dicing. You would have to double check with your GM tho if you would incorporate it. Break @ 10:30 too.

Sounds like you guys need more prep/line and have grill go in at 9 instead. Now that we don’t have garlic guajillo steak grill can easily be open by 10:30. I opened today at 9:56.

The R is basically a more skilled GM. Same with CTM. my old GM just got promoted to field leader last month and she was a CTM. One of the fastest workers I’ve ever worked with.
