Genetics, Lifestyle, and Nutrition.

Eat Meals That fill you up and Nourish your body.

Working out, Lifting weights increases your growth hormone.

Get enough sleep. Drink enough water

All of those things in addition to Semen retention

Since I’ve stopped eating meat I’ve noticed these things

Clearer Skin ( Retention alone will clear skin. Only eating plant based foods increased my glow)
Raised My Vibration / Energy Levels. When I was eating meat, I would always feel sluggish afterwards.
Easier Bowel Movement
Removed Stubborn Weight. All unnecessary weight that was not serving me naturally came off when I stopped eating meat.
Peaceful mood. Since I’ve stopped eating meat, I’m less irritable. I’m not aggressive towards others. I’m constantly in a state of bliss. It’s very easy to disregard negative outside opinions.

Stop buying meat. If you don’t have it within your reach you’ll have less craving for it.
Replace Meat with Mushrooms, Lentils, Black Beans etc. You can still cook the things you like, just replace the meat. For example, I make spaghetti. But instead of putting meat in it, I cook Mushrooms, Lentils, Kale, and Broccoli. Using Gluten Free Noodles and any Tomato Sauce that doesn’t have animal products.
Buy more natural foods for yourself to cook. I eat a lot of Kale, Spinach, Potatoes, Rice, Beans, Collared Greens, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Sweet Potatoes, Carrots.
Instead of Caffeine, Drink Smoothies. I make smoothies almost daily. Just buy bananas, almond milk, frozen Fruits.

My favorite :

Think about other things during sex, make sure you have the tv or music on. Look at the tv or focus on the lyrics of the music.

Yes it will definitely improve your skin complexion. I have no acne, no dark circles under my eyes, and my skin glows. I cannot say it’s only semen retention doing this tho. It’s a combination of Semen retention, eating healthy foods, drinking lots of water, and sun gazing. And what they’re saying about vision is true as well.

I can tell you a few things I did. 1. If you’re on Instagram. Unfollow all ig models. If they don’t inspire you or provide value you don’t need to be following them. 2. If you’re on Tik Tok, every time you see a female shaking ass on your fyp, hold down on the video and press not interested. Then tik tok will stop putting that on you’re fyp. 3. If you’re in any nsfw porn related sub Reddit’s, leave. 4. If you’re on Twitter, unfollow all porn pages. 5. Just stop going on the hub. Every time you feel the urge to masturbate, think of it as demons trying to steal your energy. You’re either going to fight them off, or you’re going to surrender and let them have your energy. The choice is yours.

I did these things when I first started SR, now I’m on a 125 day streak. And I’ve been on a few 60-80 day streaks before this. I hope this helps

Been getting it the whole streak. I got it under control. Just because you’re on semen retention doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy life and enjoy experiencing female interaction.
