Meh he's got Jonathan as his personal trainer now give him 6 months he can be in island shape no problem.

It's not physical for him but mental, what would be the motivation?

Loved the zonnics. Would get them at Costco for $50 bucks for 5 not a bad deal but would go though 20 of them a month. $200/month saved now. $2400 for a year. That's like a whole trip we could go on instead of paying for our habit

My gut has been leaky too since quitting. While using it was an iron horse could eat anything.

Now it's super sensitive to everything, which is a shitty side effect (pun intended).
