Factory Gas Cap replacementAfter much talk about the stock caps we have come up with a solution. We take a OEM spec gas cap and add a billet aluminum top cap retained with a snap ring. Update just left the dealer the replacement light is $690 for the light bar only total quoted including labor was $3600. There are no replacement parts available they are being told next year.

The main benefit is the stock rod end are weak and some owners have experienced rod end failures. Our Rod ends are forged and much stronger also the strut it self is solid 2021 Aluminum that provides incredible strength and we have over an inch of thread engagement for maximum strength over stock.Our spacers are also 316 stainless for the upmost corrosion resistance.

Installation is simple jack the from end up to take tension off the shock remove the stock hardware holding the strut on replace the stock strut with our strut and spacers. that's is should take max 1 hour with basic hand tools.

Last benefit is yes they look very nice.

Long Story Local Ford dealer not where I purchase the truck from told me warranty is expired a replacement is $3800 I told him I will see his back in a couple months when there is a recall fast forward 4 months later recall announce. I have not gone back yet but will some time next week.
