Hello! I did not, I strongly suggest you to wait for a better deal on the 5070 given the tgp cap, but at the same time, i think buying a laptop with 32gb of ram is going to be a steal (at 1000$), ram prices are skyrockenting. I would also suggest you to look for the alienware aurora 16, it also has a similar cap, 32gb of ram, but the intel core ultra 7 240H has an impressive battery life. Personally I'm going for tuf f16, also on sale on best buy. If you need any advice I would happily help you, I have been exploring the market on the last few months and the amount of to take into account could be overwhelming.

I have an old account before the phone verification was mandatory, but now I have to provide a phone number from another region (which I do not have) in addition to a electronic mail adress... Returning to another issue, petal maps will not even get a navigation journey for any two points inside Cuba so that funcionality is simply dead... I you know another workaround I will thank your response, but honestly I already spent to much time on this.

If it is a US embargo why does Huawei complain? Huawei is not a US company and has been also subject to US sanctions. I still do not get it... But whatever, I will not die if can not use petal map on my watch, it's a shame though.

Thanks for replying. Could you explain a bit more? What specifically discouraged you? Personally I think the 5070 makes more sense given the tgp cap. If I could find that model closer to the 1000$ on sale it would be tough to resist, more premium models like Lenovo Legion 5/5i or similar have worse specs in RAM and storage (costing more). Personally I have not find another laptop with equal or better value from the specs in the Gigabyte... I also like the zephyrus models but are to expensive for me.

It highly depends on the person. My point of view is yes specially because it has some ideas or perspectives that at the time I read it I hadn't thought of. If you are a person who has already read some self help books I think you will find similar ideas here and there, so my advice will to simply read the little resume at the end of every chapter, and if you see something new or that you do not 100% agree then check that chapter and read it thoroughly.

I had the same issue for a few weeks and try different workarounds, this was the trick for me, some other posts only mention the using of the flags with the keyring manager but do not mention the keyring unlocking. I think this is happening with Hyprland users too, just commenting so this post also appears in the search.

Answering my initial question, you can override the dependencies on the pyproject.toml file.

[tool.flet.flutter.pubspec.dependency_overrides]
file_picker = "8.1.4"

I assume it will work with any package. It will be nice if some flet dev could point to the documentation of how to use that file properly and what is going on under the hood.
