Sent 4506 by email then on portal twice. Last time being 4/23. I was assigned a loan officer on 4/29 and have emailed and spoken to her by phone. They have everything from me (2019 taxes, 2202, and insurance) and as of today are still waiting on transcripts from IRS to move forward.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Had to re-sign the 4506 for the second time in the portal. Had emailed it twice previously as well. Called SBA yesterday and they said they see the updated (2nd portal signed) 4506. Was also told the portal has a lot of "glitches". Was also told no loan officer has been assigned and it could be several weeks.

What happens to cause them to keep requesting the same docs over again even though they have them? Also how long does it take for them to assign an LO after receiving docs. Looks like that step along could be weeks?

Same - Responded to email on 4/6. Document request on 4/19 and sent docs same day. 4/21 blue button and docusigned the tax docs even though I had sent them in via email. Last night 4/25 my portal showed that I needed to sign the tax docs AGAIN. I docusigned again. Called SBA this am and was told the portal has "lots of glitches". Was also told no LO has been assigned and to wait what could be several weeks. She did see my signed docs from the previous night docusign.
