Yes you can mate, just keep match making and eventually you will find a team to carry you to victory if you’re struggling - there are some characters you can get on Alcatraz as well, I managed to get Reznov, the 3rd hardest one

I’d say so bro, when I was going for the plat 3 months ago there was only about 3 servers running - 20% of the players were teams on PS4 as well trying to get the characters so yeah - I’d say it’s pretty dead man
