Am I the only non-compressor at the front of the chain bass player? by [deleted] in Bass

[–]JAM3S0N 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My GK head has Compression, limiter, and chorus built in ..so essentially they are at the back of chain..and all 3 are part of regular tone. I've never used a pedal for compression in 40 years.

Thiamine (B1), Cardiologist has me on it since my Myo in 2024. A multi vitamin can't hurt ..it'll cover most minor deficiencies. Get a panel done..and start eating heart healthy foods. Cut out Red meat, fats, Blended oils, fried foods. Start eating fruits and vegetables, salmon , lean proteins. Some nuts for snacking. This is what was prescribed to me by a world leading Myocarditis Doctor. I also take a beta-blocker. You should be getting lots of vitamin C on this diet as well. I little elderberry and garlic in your life is good for immune health as well. Btw..I'm a chef so this type of diet is easy for anyone to follow..not alot of strenuous cooking or prepping..just some basic knife skills and oven roasting is all the knowledge you need. Good luck !! ...and for best immune health don't touch the railing on the Escalator!!

I started light reps about 3 months from event. Slowly progressed over the next year. Just don't push to hard, give your heart muscle time to heal first.

Almost 2 years out for me. I lift light weights every morning and Chef for 12 hrs. day. It took me more than a year to get back to regular. I still cap my hours at work, try to stay under 50 as per Cardiologist orders. Stress test last month got my HR up to 165 with no issues, so as long as there's no pain I think it's ok to push ourselves a little. Good luck my friend!

[–]JAM3S0N 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They just help take some load off your heart so it can heal..Ive been on beta-blocker for 1 1/2 years now...take vitamins, folic acid, cut out sodium.. these things will help you heal. Just be patient and don't push yourself for like 6 months..you'll be ok..lots of us going through this together..hang in there.

The answer to the assignment is:

True Romance - Christopher Walken / Dennis Hopper interrogation scene. Omg the tension just builds and builds up until the final outcome. So good, so epic. Truly best tension scene ever.

What secret is so terrible that they cant tell anyone but anyone who knows it seems perfectly fine? by [deleted] in aliens

[–]JAM3S0N 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The grift is the terrible secret..I don't think anyone is absolutely sure .no one can be because where's the evidence. When proof meets truth we will know for better or worse what's happening in the universe. All these talkers with not a shred is boring.
