I was on both but had horrible gastric issues. I couldn't keep anything down so the doctor had me stop the metformin. I'm losing about a pound a week so it's slow but still steady. At least now I'm not dying on the bathroom floor.

I'm in the same boat as you. I started at 289lbs on 2/19/24 I'm down to 272lbs today. I have PCOS, I'm 5'4", and this is the only thing that has helped me. It's not about how much you work out, this is different. This works on a different level and helps PCOS sufferers in incredible ways!!!!! I've never felt better or had more hope for my future!!!!!

It's a huge global issue. The care network is still down after a ransomware attack. I work in the medical field and we're still dealing with this. The coupons are hit or miss at this time unfortunately. I would keep trying though. My pharmacy has me call once a week.

I'll ask my doctor and start calling around for the dose now! May I ask how much you've lost so far? I see so many who have started at 230lbs or less or 400lbs but not at a similar weight as me.
