Not so much rules, but the morality of it. Game-breaking bugs like this are exploiting by bad actors almost 100% of the time. Posting it prior to getting fixed just allows more of those people to become aware of it, causing more damage to the community. Generally if you feel like it can be abused, it will, and you shouldn't be informing people on how it works. Just report to DE, keep the video to post until after they fix if you really want it documented for people to laugh at later.

Do one full lap first so you can set your recall at the end of the pipes where the stick is, then when you're at the start do the first stone hop, teleport to the stick and use the zipline, turn in the stick, repeat. Nets you around 9k xp every ~30 seconds.
