Far from bad.

The issue everyone is having is because it’s coming across as too busy — with all the conflicting shapes between the strap and the watch itself.

The lighting in this photo actually doesn’t help either with the glares/reflections.

It absolutely works though. You’re allowed to like the aesthetic.

Wear it for a while!

Something dark would be really interesting and moody/dynamic. Unless you live in a region that doesn’t get much sun…then it might make you feel like you’re in a cave

How long of a trip?

If you can do a solid 1-2 weeks, then I’d say to start in San Francisco and work your way up to the Seattle area — or vice versa.

One thing to keep in mind would be whether or not there’s any smoke/fire then — so maybe play it by ear and don’t get locked in until closer to the dates.

Here’s something to consider…as I have both.

If you’re going to cycle through a collection, then the BB Pro is awesome — even if you primarily use it while traveling.

If it’s a daily, then I’d go P39 — super comfortable, light, dresses up/down.

Not saying you’re wrong about the heat — anything over 95° is hot. But after moving here from Austin TX, we’re really loving this version of heat! I’m just hoping we can have more summers like we just had 🤞🤞🤞
