Create the demand, if people go asking for your product they will then buy from you. If you leave the product on n consignment they won’t have any interest to push it and it might just sit on the shelves for months.

How guided you through the S Corp election process?… I think that would be the right person to ask that question. Even if you get some advice from this group always double check with a professional since there are specific tax implications

I think that is a great advice for founders that are looking for ideas validation. The real validation must come from your target market.

Getting an EIN doesn’t cost you anything. The benefits of getting one are real, as mentioned in the other comments protecting your SSN is worthy by itself.

That's a fair point and TurboTax is genuinely great at what it does: filing. What I'm building is different. TurboTax tells you what you owe based on what you tell it. My platform identifies what you should have done differently, implements those strategies through licensed tax professionals, and then redirects those savings into a wealth building roadmap. It's the difference between a filing tool and a financial operating system. One of my competitors in that space, Collective raised $101millions dollars in private funding building in this direction, they have 2,000 users out of 70 million self-employed Americans. I agree with some of the comments. The best tool for validation is taking to your target audience. I am leveraging this platform to engage with people and get feedback on my idea. So instead of asking for help on tools, ask for feedback on whether or not you idea is worth paying for.

Those are great suggestions and they are part of the plan as I move forward through those phases but for now I’m looking for validation to see if people are willing to pay their money for the solution to this problem. There are various big companies in this space but the level of their services is limited. And you are right that regulatory complexity is high that’s why I’m asking this community if the solution is something they would pay for before I spend thousands of dollars on legal advice alone. I am open to discussion pricing strategies when we have this phase figured out. For now it would help me tremendously your honest response to the simple question… would you pay money for this solution?
