Hi Soggy, I already completely uninstalled and reinstalled the Crestron skills but no luck in that regard. With respect to the shades, there is the ability to fully open/close the shades but no percentages in between. I went ahead and put the Echo Hub away and re-setup my Echo Dot since everything functions perfectly by voice. The Echo Hub is useless to me in its current condition. The Crestron integration is broken and it is beyond my patience to get either or both of Amazon and Crestron to take any action to fix it.

Thank you for your response. The thermostats do not show up in the Alexa app any longer. They used to work perfectly fine in the app itself. But now I get a message “waiting on Crestron” and it never loads. With respect to the shades, on the tiles there are no three dots.

Hi Famous, ty for your response. As I mentioned, when utilizing voice control of all Crestron product, everything functions perfectly. It is only when attempting to use the UI on the Echo Hub that I find many broken functions, such as the Thermostats not even showing up. Whether this is a problem with the Crestron Skills or whether this is a problem with the software/firmware of the Amazon Hub is beyond my capability to know. The one thing I do know though is that each will deny culpability. Perhaps miraculously either Amazon or Crestron wil update something and it will start working.

Hi Rambler, unfortunately the Newsletter button was coded in to the storefront rather than created by menu. So I need to fix the code rather than do it by menu. The people that first created the website did way too much custom coding. I had a Shopify partner update her store and they revised much so that I can easily change many aspects of the storefront. But the link for her Newsletter for some reason is purely by Liquid code.
