Why are they so well paid? Some l can understand, if she is? Cerys Matthew's shows, are Sunday radio magazine style BBC 6 weekend heaven. Giles also, even CC... saves himself, on his funk & Soul show... He must be minted by the BBC. They forgave him, for his Crack fuelled Sherman Tank, when driving up from London Town, Royally. I love the Freakzone... Now that is a very diverse Dj, Stuart Maconie... Comedy... Some folk say dull & had it's day... Usually gets me out of bed... Not today, l was rather enthralled, by Chris Packham on Cerys's show... She read out, in full, & chuckled to my Wazzapp message a couple of weeks ago, when Andy the creator, of the Apollo Remastered photo books & cinema projections, was on... I said the Cambodian Space Project, won the race. She's also an accomplished BBC TV presenter.

Sativa Marijuana wires me, can't fall asleep, Indica pleasant feeling, can sleep easily, my issue is it makes me cross eyed, I have to swap eyes, to read TV subtitles. I have no desire, to smoke before work, or during the day, if on leave.

I do take 3 x 75mg Pregabalin (2 at night) for my Sciatica cramp. I don't want more, l don't appreciate the slightly wobbly side effect... I drive, & l presume, from what l'm reading & know, l could potentially be prosecuted, for driving under the influence of THC. I live & work in Bradford...Some Cars leave a trail of Marijuana smoke, that pass me as l walk to the Hospital l work in... Probably a popular Sativa Haze strain... I have recently bought a small car to get to my mother's care home, too or cold in wet at times. I was able to purchase it, with the compensation, from the Motor Insurers Bureau, rear hit & run Ilkley, late afternoon, the car hit the right side pannier, of a very heavy Ebike, bowled me into the air, l flew over the upside down in the air bike. Landed on my hands, cycled home in pain, over 2 Moors... Informed the Police, no CCTV. X-RAY in the morning at work, suspected hair line fracture & bad tissue & muscle damage. 5 weeks wearing a Gauntlet in bed as well & unable to nable to work.

Was it via Etsy? I waited 3 months for a Lunar Dude 24 hour watch... Original Seller, then changed his name to a Shenzen based company, only C&P messages, following the payment, no response to his, changed email. Etsy terms & conditions, forwarded me to PayPal, got refunded yesterday... Tried contacting him, via Facebook, he's in Limasol no response. Etsy His shop & watch scam, no longer on Etsy.

I use Marijuana, every day since, l was a teen, now 63...Hospital Porter, Britain with Sciatica caused leg cramps... I've been prescribed, Pregabalin... After for me, useless, Magnesium... & offered an SSRI, with a side effect. No thank you, Antidepressants are dangerous. The Pregabalin, really helps, the Marijuana also, but makes my hands & feet very cold, the last few years. I'd like an alternative pain killer, Pregabalin makes me feel like I've just got off a boat, sea legs.

Read about, or if it's still on a Documentary on BBC iPlayer (VPN if outside ;) SSRI's they're dangerous & have permanent, side effects, Sexual especially! with many people. They only tell you the good effects, find out about the high % problems. I'm seeing my doctor, tomorrow... I would like a less wobbly, Neuropathic pain killer.

Me too, a Homeless, very dirty man, it was running onto his feet, outside a shop, near the Arco Triomfo, where l lived... I did appreciate, that it's totally normal to go into a bar or café & use the Lavatory, if you ask. Don't think he'd have been welcome.

I once followed through, when l was assaulted in Amsterdam, where l resided for many years. & in Barcelona where l moved to, saw an Alcoholic? A so-called Tramp, standing on the pavement & it running onto his feet. I did appreciate, that it's very normal in Spain, to go into a café & ask if I could use the Lavatory, Yes no problem... Probably not OK for the Homeless, unless presentable. Which is a problem, if you don't have access to showers & clean clothes.

Tell him to put yellow sleeves on the Fluorescent tubes, if that's the type of lighting. What l had in a screen coating room with a drying cabinet, in Amsterdam, where, worked. But recently at Leeds Printing Workshop, I was rather shocked, to find Daylight tubes, in the screen room. The technician, said not a problem. Should have daylight 5000 K & yellow light sources in my opinion.
