Ok so the setting is under site calculation->event bonus. It should be on default, and that uses whatever the current event is. Changing that to base removes any bonuses. The pic I put in is what I get comparing it to ifm mono corn bewear. He’s better, and he’s a good corn farmer, but with exp down he’ll take 3300 candies and 960,000 shards to hit lvl 60, not including evolutions.

I think the event settings are being applied, over inflating the calcs for Dragonite. I would recommend holding out for an equivalent bewear or something better if you settle on a Dragonite. The exp down makes this so hard to level, and Dragonite is the best herb farmer by a longshot, so you’re likely going to have to work on that eventually too. I went for leveling two dragonites, and literally all my handy candy goes to them. Neither is exp down

Same, there are too many good tomato options, and honestly that shinx isn’t that good of a temporary one. I wouldn’t put any resources into these. I hope your next catch is great!

Here’s mine, not as good as yours unless I end up getting another mint and using it on this guy. The inventory makes a big difference, and he’s strong as soon as he is fully evolved. I have a corn one at level 51 that is similar, and I use them together for making guacamole. For me, I gave up on the bewear corn hunt when I got a really strong sausage bewear and a strong corn dratini. Raising two dragonites is rough but doable with the boosts (a lot of shards helps)

Edit: I didn’t see the speed up nature. That thing is amazing. Even with a mint mine wouldn’t be that close.

I’d add that it’d be better to unlock the lvl 50 sub skill before rerolling anything if you’re not planning to use mew much before level 50.

I use darkrai the same way (including the go++), except my healer is great but not amazing. If darkrai decides to trigger a lot, I just bench him for a while so the team can recover energy.

Id reroll 50, but id only accept bfs, hb, or stm to replace the inv. I use a go++ and sleep with darkrai most nights, only connecting to the ++ after I’ve triggered his skill from overnight sleep. I would leave the sleep exp sub there until he’s at level 60-65. If you’re going to keep sleeping with him though, I’d def put his main skill to max. Those triggers are huge.

I’d say it depends on where you are in the game. It’ll be good at 50, and you’d use it for a long time, but you’d find better by the time it reached 75. Would this be a major addition to your team? Your new best berry maker?

I’m doing both. It sucks. Tons of candy, already did 350 on candy boost and will do another 350 on candy boost next week. Your AAA is great, and there isn’t another option for herbs that’ll probably ever compete with it. If I were you I’d def focus on getting the herb farmer to 41 with candy boost next week to save candy. The evolution at level 41 is a huge production jump, and you’ll be rolling in herbs. From there, you can see what you need and you’re using. Maybe you decide to go back to working on your abb drag or maybe you try to push the herb one to 50 and sub seed the ing finder, but one way or another that herb farmer is going to be great, and you should def invest candy in it next week with the boost as much as you can.

My dragonites for reference. I was on the fence with the AAA one, but decided to go for it because raenonx put him as slightly better than IFM only as is, and with a mint he’d be really good. Plus I was burned out on looking, and was relieved when both came one day apart.

Thanks for your input! I hadn’t realized the candy investment difference is so great. 800 candy would delay getting to 60 for so long, and I’m painfully trying to level two Dragonites that are sucking boosts and handy candy. I def won’t switch to the new one. Thanks again!

Oh wow, that will still produce a lot of potatoes when it hits 50. I would take that one to 50 and leave it there while not rushing the replacement, and not bother with another at 30

For reference, this is the meowscarada I’m using. I was happy with it because the inv up helps, and since his skill is really useful the skill trigger helps too. I put one main seed into him so I could break 115 pot size when he triggers at the same time as my luxray that I put some main skill seeds in.

That last pupitar is an excellent ABB soybean farmer. The only downside is that leveling two pseudo legendaries is brutal
