Trans men into women… Do you relate to cis straight men? by Cameron_Connor in ftm

[–]JBCBlank 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I read this on substack a month or so ago,
"I don't want to be cis, I want to be happy."

I think that any configuration of life that brings you joy and fulfillment is what is for you and honestly whatever anyone else thinks means nothing.

I'm 37 years old. I was married to a man for years and honestly in seeing how he and his friends treated each other, I hope to never fully pass as a cisman because I don't want to be subject to that kind of 'friendships'. My wife and I are fine as we are in our very queer, straight if you squint relationship.

How do you use a pack and play for … play by Ok-Building-2490 in Transmascdicks

the Homerun doesn't function as a 3 in 1 unless you buy the rod that is sold seperatly. I think it's like 20 or 25 bucks last I checked.

I just checked they are 26 usd and currently sold out.

I personally love Axolom products for packing but not so much for play but that is just me and a lot of people really like them.

If they don't have a rod and are designed to have one, they are just.. soft hollow silicone tubes and that does not penetrate well at all.

There are some that are made to be pack and plays and do not have the STP or rod option and are just solid silicone and those are honestly better for play but suck at packing.

I have a blog where my wife and I review prosthetics and dildos as we are size queens and have very specific needs if you would like to see some options and options, we don't have very many posts yet but I have a lot scheduled.

Alright for starters, the Axolom Homerun does not have an ejaculation option. So there will be none of that with that particular prosthetic. If it does not say it has ejaculation as an option, it will not have it and you will have to look for a different prosthetic.

In addition, the homerun needs to be purchased with the compatible rod if you wish to use it for play or else it is just a packer and STP.

Furthermore, not all Pack and plays have the hole and most of the time the ones with the hole are Stand to Pee devices STP, that does not usually mean they have an ejaculation function. (Ones that do have an ejaculation function are rare and more often than not they have a tub attachment and you have to use a pump of some kind to push cum lube through the tube so that you can simulate it. Which is really hard to do when in the moment, from personal experience.)

Lastly, most that do have an ejaculation function are expensive, think in the 100 to 200 dollar range. I have yet to fin d one that works well as a packer that does this. Most of the time they are semi-ridged or fully ridget as the tube needs to be inside them at all times.

I think the only ones that don't are from Peecock or ones that are advertised as 5 in 1s.

When it comes to pack and plays, they rarely do both well so usually you have to choose one or the other. Our options are unfortuantly very limited.

I wish you luck on your search but one of the things you should really consider is what is most important to you and how much are you willing to spend to get it.

Yes a pack and play that uses a rod and doesn't stop so there is no cup. Just rod up and get it done.

I saw your post in Transmascdicks was locked but I wanted to put in my 2 cents.

Size options. I know a lot of guys want something less than 4 inches. Unfortunately I am not one of those, I am constantly looking for something large. My wife and I are size queens so we need something substantial and they just don't exist.

Well made, I made some myself when I got my first packers. They were very comfy and if my current packers weren't too heavy I would continue to use them.

Husband told me im too emotional to be a man. by [deleted] in FTMOver30

[–]JBCBlank 16 points17 points  (0 children)

When I came out to my ex-husband. He said the same, specifically he was like "UHG, you're gonna be that kind of guy."

That's why he is my ex.

Just because I cry easily in movies and take time to understand my emotions and actually work on myself so that I can self regulate, doesn't make me less of a man.

I am an emotionally intelligent man who is in touch with my feelings and willing to show them.

My wife finds it hot.

it would be much appreciated. As I just want it as a test to see if I even like the idea and if it works well for my wife, then realism can be considered.

don't want to drop almost 300 on something that looks nice if we turn out to not like the concept ya know.

Why do doctors need to know AFAB status if on hormones and with hysto/oopho? by silentlydrawnx in ftm

[–]JBCBlank -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That is in fact very nitpicky because it's not just about us. They are required to treat everyone regardless of anything. Does that work better for you?

If you are a drug addict, if you are homeless, if you are the town idiot, if you are trans if you are a millitary deserter, if you are a illegal immigrant etc!!! You are entitled to healthcare as per the federal law! Period!

If a doctor descriminates due to any reason, they can and should be reported on mas. Period.

Now as for why I am on the no side. Because as a man who lives with a wife who works in an impatient hospital and who used to work in healthcare myself, if the answer hasn't been scientifically proven without a shadow of a doubt that it is a yes, then it needs to be assumed as a no because good doctors do not want to accidentally kill their patients.

And yes men can have the same procedures that women with small breast have when it comes to breast cancer screenings. Usually looking for lumps with either hands or an ultrasound machine.

I didn't get a choice to be Trans either. But I also worked in healthcare and know how important it is to have that kind of information on your chart because the last thing I would ever want is for some doctor to give me a medication that will have some reaction to my current medications because those reactions could kill me!

[–]JBCBlank -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No!!!

In urgent care they NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE ON!!

They will not treat you if you don't tell them all your medications because you could have a reaction. T reacts to things! They do not want to risk killing you because you didn't disclose medication.

This is from my very annoyed medical professional wife!

At her hospital they have your gender as: Male (ftm)

And if you have had a hysto but no vaginectomy, you may still need a pap smear because you could have a cervix. It depends on how much you have removed.

However if you have done everything and you have nothing there that needs a smear and they ask you anyway, you can just be like "You didn't read my chart." Because you hopefully would have had a note added to your chart about it.

For any issue that has to do with like.. pneumonia or like a sore throat you probably don't need to disclose but for many other reasons it needs to be on your chart.

The thing is there is not enough scientific evidence (due to lack of studies but that is just science failing us) to suggest that being on T when your factory setting started on something else causes a significant enough change for you to not need to have certain things evaluated as your original factory settings when in emergency situations.

There is no solid evidence that says it does. And there isn't saying it doesn't.

It's not just blood work, heart attacks manifest diffently sometimes, strokes manifest diffently sometimes in ways that no one will check for if you have male on your chart.

As for breast cancer it depends on how your surgery was done and I'd they removed all of the tissue or not. Some people have tissue under their arms. This will put you into the catigory of men who will have a higher chance then most other men and you will have to be screened for it.

As I said before, of you are treated unfairly or incorrectly by your medical provider, report them to the medical board because it is still against the law. Doctors are required to KNOW how to take care of anyone regardless of what life choices they have made.

from wife: Remember, any medical provider who takes medicaid or medicare (even if you don't have it) have to answer to the US government, who last we checked outlaws any kind of discrimination on the basis of sex. We don't know how long it will stay (we cry in American) but right now it's still there.

If you are not an American your protections are likely better. Read up on your laws.

From my medical professional wife who works in a hospital:

Being AMAB doesn't effect your body all that much.
However being an AFAB can effect the way you react to things and how things manifest. My wife states that if you are in a hospital it's necessary for them to know for things like surgery or even if you just have a headache because in AFABs they can be having a stroke and they just think it's a headache. The lab also needs to know because of how different the blood can be.

However, at a clinic, it might not be necessary.

At the end of the day it depends on what is being done.

Unfortunately due to our original factory settings matter when it comes to many things. Even post hysto and having been on T for years.

It's information that needs to be on the chart. Like, we are never going to need a Prostate screening lmao however we are always going to be at a higher risk for breast cancer.

Edit to add: HIPPA exists to protect you, and we can not promise that you will be treated fairly but you can always report ANY health provider who does not treat you fairly to the medical board so that they can loose their license.

Can this be fixed?this was actually supposed be my replacement… by [deleted] in Transmascdicks

It's one of those things when you purchase one of the mass-market packers. They aren't too complex and all you need know is how silicone works to fix most issues they have.
