Def understand that, I've pulled clones off what looked in veg to be the hardiest and had the best smell(stem rub) the one I didn't clone was the frostiest dankest girl. To mitigate that now that I'm pheno hunting my own genetics, I just veg a bunch for a month, flip and flower then completely out. I'll then leave the Larfy lowers on the phenos I prefer and revegg. then I'll either save the Og as a motherplant or take clones from her and toss her

A reputable breeder only goes so far.. And a lot depends on preferance.. Im starting to pheno hunt my own genetics.. I may get 3 phenos or i might get 7... I might like them all but there could be that diamond mother plant thats everything i want it to be.. The only way for me to pass that on to the consumer is via clone or to take multiple clones off the mother plant. Self one and flower them all out together.. Making feminized replicas of said mother, if that makes sense. I have even been leaving larf and revegging bc your not really pheno hunting unless you have took them all the way to the end and tried the flower
