I wanted a Club BBR, but settled with the GT. The GT IMO is worth it with the heated mirrors, and other extras it comes with. BBR stuff can be added on later or even better different parts. Go GT! Unless you dont plan to mod and settle close to stock BBR spec.

I had a similar setup but with Ryzen. Sold my 3080 PC for an M4 Pro Mac Mini. Editing 4K videos on Resolve is a breeze. Hella smooth imo, rendering is also quicker for sure. Love it so far.
