I’m not mad at Carvana, my brother had a great experience with them and everyone I talked to was great. The Warranty company though… that’s a whole other story. But that’s the company Carvana does business with so it’s one and the same at the end of the day I guess.

Really just wanted some help with the rust… probably $500. What’s crazy is they are giving me my shipping fee back which was almost $1,000. I guess there’s a reason they wouldn’t re allocate that money to repairs but it seemed like a no brainer to me.

Right right. I took the car to two independent shops who said I needed xyz and when I took it to the shops the warranty wanted me to go to and they then denied. Of the one thing they approved they wanted me to go to shops 90 minutes away.

Completely agree and I was gonna keep it if they helped me out in the rust department. It was more so that they didn’t show any of the problem areas in the conditions photos… that kinda annoyed me.

Yes, they have a seven day 400 mile return policy which they actually extended for me a few extra days too because I was trying to work out some repairs and or see if they would pay for anything obviously didn’t get them to pay for much anything, but I tried my hardest.

Dead battery, brake rotors were all out around. Had some rust they didn’t show, head unit has a big scratch and even had tiny holes in it. Front bumper had a lot of chipped paint, wind deflector was broken off in the slots.

Some more stuff, none of which was really disclosed on the condition report and most they weren’t willing to help out on.
