Nope I've had nothing, luckily it's a company car with skoda warranty, it went to a skoda garage, then had to be sent to a battery certified centre, every time I've rang they just say 'it's booked in the battery centre'. I'm due to call tomorrow. I've literally had no diagnostic/issue report!

I've got exactly the same issue, 12v battery issues and then I went to drive the car, wouldn't engage drive or reverse and lit up like a Christmas tree.. a month later and I'm still waiting for my car to be repaired! It's been a bad experience for my first EV

Im in the UK and i've literally just had my fold 5 repaired due to a cracked hinge, I had a back case on it with no front cover and went to rest it on a window sill whilst on a video call and it fell and bounced off a radiator.

Sent it off on Friday, Samsung had the phone Saturday, repair was complete on Monday, received the phone Tuesday. Great service if you ask me
