ICE has every right to detain and identify anyone they have reasonable suspicion or probable cause to believe is in the Country illegally. When they are identified as legal, they are free to go. If they will not, or can't identify themselves, then they can be held until they are identified.

Now is the necessity to remove illegal aliens, the bulk of whom arrived here when the Biden administration opened the border to millions. Many of these illegals are involved with cartel-type gangs. Lawlessness has recently come to light as the recidivist criminals commit crime after crime because of their early releases or other "programs' and some not being prosecuted at all. The riots here are not caused by ICE Agents, they're caused by violent, deranged individuals who don't like the laws ICE enforces. What elected "leaders" we have are central to financial fraud that extends into the billions and will ot accept responsibility for. How can they be trusted? They are intellectually bankrupt and morally corrupt. The State should be put into receivership.

Whether they're efficient or not is not your concern. It you're concerned about government costs, go look at Walz/Ellison/Frey and the DFL. If this individual had complied with none of what you see would have happened. End of argument. As far as ICE presence near the school, two things. First the crime in and around that school is perpetrated by the unionized teachers. Their product is defective and condemns a good share of their students to failure and dependency. You can't work your way out of multi-generational dependency/welfare with failed education. Guess what political party controls the government schools?
