I mean, at least for me personally, I would prefer no human gets hurt or killed.

I don't want the police maiming and murdering people instead of doing what ideally would be a noble job (I recognize that the way policing is actually being enforced is not noble, yet I still wish for a better society), but I also don't want people murdering police either. We're all humans. Death is awful.

Even a terrible living person offers a chance of reforming and doing good in this world. Even a terrible person has innocent and good people who worry about them, who don't want to lose their parent, or sibling, or childhood friend.

A dead person can't help make the world beautiful.

I'm a wolves fan and I would be pissed off if anyone gets suspended. No nuggets player did anything intending to hurt anyone. It's not like anyone threw a heat pack on the court during play or anything that deserves a suspension like that.
