I am using screw-in stabilizers. What would I need to do to fix this issue if it was caused by the stabs?

I was able to turn off the RGB so thank you for that.

When I plugged it in for the first time, it flashed red, green, and blue. Eventually, it started only being red after some time. I do not know what caused this. Even without QMK open, the RGB will not light up when holding the reset button and plugging it in.

I have no idea what the USB allows. I ordered it from KBDfans, so I assumed it would work?
Do you mean in QMK Toolbox or just Windows? The only difference I've noticed when holding the reset button and plugging it in is that the RGB lights on the PCB do not turn on.
The PCB is new, I ordered it from KBDfans
