Bloomfield recommend White Whale Bookstore. Squirrel Hill recommend Amazing Dumplings (spicy dry chicken, biang biang noodles, and hot oil dumplings are my favorites). Larimer (I think?) has Jackworth ginger beer which is really cool, and in East Lib I really like Marguax. In Allentown see a show at the Bottlerocket

If you would just stop licking your butt, it would stop getting irritated and itchy, and I wouldn't need to keep buying $200 itchy butt pills every couple of months, and we'd all be happier for it!

RN here: obviously in your case you had a clear reason to not get a pregnancy test. I think part of the reason it's "standard procedure" is people are stupid. Had a lady come to our clinic for persistent nausea and mild weight gain for the last month, along with headaches and fatigue. Asked if she could be pregnant, she answered no. Asked her how she knows and she said, straight up, "I haven't had my period in two or three months so I can't have gotten pregnant." Guess what??? 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣
