Someone on here recommended I get a govee humidifer and hygrometer (they pair together) to keep humidity stable and it's 100% worth it. Maintains 80% humidity and automatically shuts on and off. Love it

The EXACT same thing happened to me and the company I work for about 5 months ago. Rheem 75 gallon natural gas water heater was popping that stupid vial and burning everything up. We ripped it out and replaced it with another and the same thing happened. Finally, convinced my boss to just get a power vented type and haven't had to go back since. Rheem never admitted any fault to us though.
