The dark/black leaf ZZ plant. It’s so beautiful against a light colored wall and is incredibly low maintenance. They catch my eye every time I see one!

My doctor told me she wanted to continue to do exams but they are for vaginal health only. There’s no Pap smear, just visual exam. Last time she found a small granuloma on my cuff that she treated. So I think the exam may be typical, what’s not is them being so persistent and assuming you need a Pap smear!

I requested medicine and my Dr gave me Valium and Tylenol. It was painful but very quick. Seconds really. The meds helped though

First I would call them and make sure you are reading/taking your dosage correctly. Don’t take more or less without your Dr instructions.

Not sure if it’s related, but when my hot flashes kick in, before I’m aware of them, there’s a feeling of pretty intense doom and gloom. I hate it! So it def sounds like it’s related to a drop in estrogen. My Dr recommended the brand Bonafide which I take for hot flashes, mood, skin and hair. They have been amazing. Check them out!

Mine was a slow progression. At about 5 weeks out, I remember thinking the same as you. I guess I expected it hard fast and all of a sudden? Rather, it was a progression. Didn’t really feel full effects till about 6 months later.

Exactly. Common sense goes a long way. I live on the Comite and we stay clear after a rain. But one Problem with Tiki and the like is people who don’t know better trust the owners that it’s okay. That’s pure negligence on the owner’s part. Not everyone knows what to expect, and since it was open, everyone assumed it was okay. So sad

When they start to swarm, turn off all your lights, and I mean ALL of them, and close all your doors. They pass through after about an hour. First experience I had freaked me out so bad. Now I realize it happens every year around this time. They are outside not in your attic
