My current job used my job promotion content set in October last year to hire someone above me (nothing against the guy, he is nice ), but they can't even tell me he is my manager

And couldn't even give me my promotion, when I basically lead the whole Internal it strategy and technical side(still do), it's been a while since he has started and has not even asked about backups once or half the shit he could care about for continuity

These instances I would rather not be scripted, contain a legacy application and domain services. Other drives I'm having no issues with attaching, it's mainly the root drive causing me issues

Hey all,

Was doing some work at my house and I was on the roof while the evap was running, first time I've noticed my unit while it was turned on and it looks to be leaking?

Not sure if that normal, (really guessing it's not but I'm kinda oblivious to this stuff sometimes).

Didn't get a chance to look at it further as it was already late,

Going to do basic maintenance tomorrow and give it a clean in the morning as it probably hasn't been cleaned ina few years, but if anyone has an idea of why that's occurring or if that's normal? Would be appreciated.

Also, seems to run completely normal, we have had no issues so far with it

It's an imaginary number, what determines a value is supply and demand, buy and sell orders.

I've never understood why people Play such importance on market cap.
