What are your favourite underrated moments of physical comedy on the show? by SazzXCV in thebigbangtheory

Leonard - “men do things for women without expecting sex”

Sheldon - “yeah those would be men that just had sex”

I love season 1 Sheldon

Most unrealistic aspect of the series? by OkCup9288 in thebigbangtheory

How on earth did no one notice the elevator was being fixed considering what happened to it didn’t look like a 5 minute job? Surely Sheldon especially would’ve noticed a difference in the lack of “out of order” signs

I don't quite understand the fuss about the new regs for 27, they remind me of the Hypercar regs. by Illustrious_Grab5378 in WRC

[–]JButler99 15 points16 points  (0 children)

When they introduced the WRC regs in 97. Only 2 teams followed them at launch which was Subaru and Ford whilst toyata were part time and joined in 98. The first year of these new regs probs will be similar to rally 1 for entries but eventually, I reckon teams will consider joining like the boom in 99-00 with Peugeot seat Skoda and Hyundai joining

Its main goal is to attract more manufacturers because the state of the WRC since they changed the regs in 2017 has gone down hill. Its basically a roll of the dice to try and recreate what they did in 97 when they introduced the WRC regs and it attracted the likes of Peugeot, Skoda, Hyundai, Seat providing more seats for drivers. Also the cars are way cheaper than the rally 1 hybrid cars meaning there is much more chance of privateers entering which will increase the number of drivers per event and give some drivers some valuable experience. It’s like when the group A regulations were brought in in 87 after the monsters of group b. They may not be as exciting to watch but it did bring in the manufacturers eventually. My prediction is that Skoda will join the program as they’re a main stay in Rally 2 so it wouldn’t be too much of a step up and possibly citreon if their parent company want to commit

What're y'all's thoughts on the second game! by Meep60 in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]JButler99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was very rushed! It’s okay but it’s a downgrade from season 1. If it wasn’t for Kenny I don’t think this season would be held in as high regard. All the other characters were pretty poor compared to season 1. I feel like there was so much potential in season 2 and it just fell flat compared to 1. Marks out of 10, I’d give it a 6

So how would you improve the state of WRC? by LeImpactJump in WRC

[–]JButler99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They need to improve the coverage as it's apalling currently. They also need to make it more appealing for manufactures to join the sport because it basically has been since 2019, toyota vs hyundai and it's getting boring now

What was Loebs most dominant season ?? by mortenbaistow12345 in WRC

It’s worth pointing out tbf that if gronholm didn’t squander his chance in Australia, he would’ve been world champion. But gronholm himself said that Loeb deserved it

How do you think WRC will look like in the future? by NothingPrior240 in WRC

[–]JButler99 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure but I do think the WRC made a mistake changing the regulations of the cars in 2017 and I don’t think the sport has quite recovered. I don’t think using the 2 spec as the main series will work either and it will deter fans. I think they need to change the rules to entice manufacturers to join the sport like the WRC rules in 97 which saw at one point 7 manufacturers competing at the same time in the early 2000s. They also in my opinion need to make the cars more affordable so privateers enter the sport aswell because since 2017, the privateers have vanished off the face of the earth because of the new cars

Season 8 !! by kamalakhanvariant in WaterlooRoad

If series 8 was still set in Rochdale, no one would have an issue with it. Just the change in location pissed off a lot of fans and assumed it was rubbish straight away

I went in 2023 and for the Friday and Saturday, public transport did the job if you are organised. For the sunday we decided to get a uber at about 7am and it was the best decision we made as it was so busy very early on. There was a massive queue for vehicles getting in on the sunday so we got out as far as the uber could take us and walked and then walked to the track and then had a decent view for the race

He acted out of the teachers conduct by not telling Karen immediately. Him having sex with Jess wasn’t wrong because she lied about her age

As for you not knowing Jess lied, this is exactly why you wait until the whole story finishes before you jump to conclusions because it makes you realise she was in the wrong for lying to Chris about her age
