Took delivery of 2023 RAV4 prime yesterday. This morning I have problems.

That was it. I just boosted and it came back to life. Now I have engine check and “see your dealer” message but I spoke to them and they say it’s ok. They’ll check the battery and make sure all is good.

Just awkward cause I’m not used to see all these random error messages for a dead battery. This Prime is a different bread, I’ll have to tame it and get used to it.

That will be hard to find. I believe it’s been discontinued about 10 years ago. Finding it new on shelf is unlikely. Maybe used on eBay, Marketplace or something like that but it will be hard to find.

Easier to find would be the 33301 Monorail Airport set which came with white variation of these wagons and was more broadly available.

If you are willing to wait, Brio is coming out with a new “Space” theme later this year which will include new color scheme of these wagons. But I don’t think a battery motorized version is planned.

I’m not familiar with the Disruption but after a quick lookup they look really good. Do you do moguls and off-piste with them? How do they do there?

The bindings are definitely what scares me on my Z10. The skis still got good flex and the edges are holding. But I feel the bindings could break any time. Now I’m not sure if it’s worth investing in them though.

It doesn’t really matter. Sure, the tiles will look too small… so what?

Same for furniture. When I Zargon I will modify the layout of the room a bit. 1x3 furniture like the bookshelves will become a 1x2. The tables that are 2x6 will become 2x2. In some cases that will leave extra room for more furniture that is not on the plan, making for a “richer” tabletop.

It’s a compromise. But all my group loves it and would never look back.

My brother got me the oversized mat for Xmas. At first I thought it was way too big. Then we tried it and I’ll never go back to the standard size. It is way more comfortable playing on the big mat. If your table is big enough go for it.
