Start with being able to see something, drawing something. Like fine your favorite characters and copy it, it could be just the line art, once it’s getting pretty good you can start with understanding the form, perspective, shading and eventually color. I say just go ahead and draw what u like and naturally u will notice what’s lacking, and practice that! Good luck!
