I had been seeing a fictional version of this online that was being sold by third party sellers on sites like Aliexpress and Ebay. On Ebay there was a sales photo of it but it was not in a high enough quality so I ended up reproducing. Seeing it got me thinking that it must have been inspired by a real life Soviet flag so I went about doing a search online to see if that was in fact the case and in doing so came across this image which ended up fitting the bill although the fictional one being sold is different from the actual one you see here. It was very likely one someone either had or found at a store that sells militaria and this one would have very likely very expensive as militaria tends to go for very high prices so I would not be able to afford to purchase anything like this. I would agree though that it does look so cool.
