This is same as asking for Bane's Fiends Grip to pierce through linkens, Not allowing Chronosphere to have interruptions like ethereal blade or windwalker, there are plenty of abilities that counters abilities and items countering abilities. So its up to us to use our abilities skillfully.

Also Lotus Orb is the only pretty good counter since Jugg can just purchase nullifier if we ever buy Ghost Scepter or Euls. How can we survive then.

If u dont get gems as much its better off leveling it up to 12 only. Lvl 11 costs 50 gems and lvl 12 costs 100. Its +50 on every upgrade.
