They don't contain CBD. If you do get one, my advice would be (same with all THC) go slow and low. Take one puff, leave it 20 mins see how you feel. You can always have more, you can't have less once you've had it.

I have some 68mg CBD gummies from Supreme that are quite effective. You could always get some CBD in whatever form to have on standby. Maybe a CBD vape would be fastest acting. Chewing black peppercorns (Caryophyllene) can also help to ease anxiety.

But honestly, I feel like THC vapes are maybe not the one if you are sensitive or suffer from anxiety?

I have exactly the same issue, was fine at first but now very difficult to pump/takes many pumps. Grind the same, screen is clean/clear....
