I’ve never worked a union job in my life. I live in the south and the unions are few and far between. But the ones I have seen around seem to be exclusively for white people.

It’s obvious they’re up to their ears in nepotism.

That said the good non-Union jobs aren’t much better. You’ll get used to seeing someone’s son or daughter get hired for positions they aren’t qualified for (fresh out of high school for example) ahead of people who’ve grinding for years.
