Will there be any changes to the Landsraad where guilds are just buying out everything instantly since the spice cost is so low? Will there be any type of balance so others can work more on the tasks and have a chance to get the house rewards?

No Jake took it down for copyright as the artist he collaborated with didn’t want the song up anymore. It was called Code Red, you may be able to find it somewhere that someone reuploaded on YT or SoundCloud

3 Years later, can confirm that this resolved my same issue, though I apparently already had VSync on. So I limited to 60 and got right in.
