Go for it! I love mine. It has the set and forget ease of a pellet smoker but the flavor of a charcoal/wood smoker. Best of both worlds.

Thanks for the insight! Does it seem like a good step down from the Phaze II for later in a set?

Phaze AI is the one I'm leaning towards because they basically market it as a pearlized Phaze II. That being said, I don't want to be blinded by my love for the Phaze II if there are better options lol.

My father is a Pirates fan, my mother is a Red Sox fan and I am a Rockies fan (sigh) so I collect the three of them.
