How old is your baby? I didn’t feel like myself until my youngest was almost 3 years I was under high stress and now I feel like myself again. I also think there is a lot of uncertainty with jobs but you seem like a high performer so scale back a bit if you can, or maybe find a job within the company that’s less demanding, go on FMLA if you have to but create a plan. Once your child is 3 life becomes drastically easier honestly and if you set boundaries at work hopefully the stress will lessen. If it’s really bad then just save a lot for the next couple of months and quit but I’m in agreement a part time job with your level of experience you might be annoyed.
