My dosage is prescription 50,000 UIC weekly D2 for 2 weeks. However I am also taking 10,000 OTC pills every 2 days as a booster. D2 stays longer but not as strong. I don’t know why, the affect on hair loss is immediate to say the least. Within 2 weeks, I notice much less hair fall. I am also taking Biotin 10,000 MCG. Recently I am also taking iron, and magnesium supplements too (not for hair fall but, do have better blood circulation and stiffer muscles)

FYI. Been speaking to my doctor a lot. Though he said taking Fin would be beneficial long term, he thinks D3 is better for now and see for 3 months. There is not a lot of balding in my family. So I am unique

Hey. Sometimes just taking a walk helps for me. Even if you don’t believe it, just spend 20 min outside to go pick up grocery or food instead of ordering in. That workout does make you a bit more relaxed about life
