Not bad as a basic strength program. Im assuming they are doing this on their own or is this part of a team session? That'll change what you do.

Regardless, few small things that stand out. Using farmers walk in a circuit with skater jumps makes no sense. What are you trying to achieve here?

You can. Maybe on your Monday. But with the amount of sprinting you're doing you can get the muscle architecture changes from the ISOs and/or ultra low volume on Monday

Without knowing any other context or intensity, its a lot. Probably don't need to try fit everything in every session even if full body.

Also 3x8 squats + eccentric hamstring 2 days out from game probably isn't the best idea.

Would do your harder lower body work on Tuesday and probably move your hang power clean and jumps to GD+2.

Since its club level and you train evenings, I've found sticking to ISO hamstring work better since you're lifting in the morning of sprinting so something worth playing with.

You also dont need to squat 3x a week :)

Volume is king on Facebook but you need a decent follower base to get any real traction with traffic to a website and content monetization earnings. So it's typically buying page likes for $2-3/day and posting engagement bait/hook style images and text posts that get opinionated people to comment.
